Job Summary

• As the Field Sales Officer, you will drive the sales of delivery bikes through the company’s Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) model while achieving assigned monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers interested in acquiring delivery bikes through the BNPL model.
• Conduct field sales activities, product presentations, and follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers while providing relevant information on the bike financing process.
• Achieve a monthly sales target and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth documentation, processing, and delivery of bikes to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in motorcycles, automobiles, mobility solutions, financial services, or related industries.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets with strong prospecting, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills with the ability to engage customers in the field.
• Must be target-driven, proactive, and comfortable with extensive field sales activities.

Remuneration
Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 Net Monthly + Commission.
